Today we visit one of Turkey’s most powerful and moving destinations: the WWI Gallipoli battlefields. This guided tour includes key ANZAC sites and memorials such as Lone Pine and Chunuk Bair, as well as ANZAC Cove, The Nek, and Johnston’s Jolly. You’ll also see original trenches and tunnels, bringing the history of the Gallipoli Campaign to life in a respectful and unforgettable way.

Next, continue to Behramkale (Assos)—a charming stone village with winding lanes and traditional homes that showcase authentic Turkish village life. Enjoy free time to explore, take in the scenic views, and relax with a cup of Turkish tea or coffee at a local café. In the afternoon, we head south along the Aegean coast to Kuşadası, your base for exploring the highlights of the region.

Then travel to Pamukkale, famous for its dazzling white travertine terraces formed by mineral-rich thermal waters. Continue on to the ancient spa city of Hierapolis, where you’ll explore impressive Roman ruins and learn why this area was a celebrated wellness destination in antiquity. If you’d like, end the visit with a relaxing soak in the thermal hot springs—including the legendary pool where you can swim among ancient columns, just as visitors did in Roman times.

Day 5FridayIstanbul Breakfast Down

Today you’ll return to Istanbul. After your transfer to the airport, you’ll take your domestic flight back to the city, where your tour comes to a smooth conclusion.
